1st Step to Strength: 4 Week Class

$325 for the month

This program is for improving your health and fitness and creating lasting results. We accommodate all levels of fitness and focus on a small attainable goal to get started. There are 4 weeks of strength classes in a small group setting with one of our personal trainers. We will guide you on creating stability in joints, correcting form, how to stay safe, and nutrition/supplement assistance. We will provide you with all of the tools that you need to set and reach your fitness goals and will be there every step of the way! 
This class is required for members who want to attend Strength and Conditioning Classes.

  • 4 weeks of classes, 3 classes per week. Morning and evening options available
  • Guidance through our signature program to increase strength and stability in joints
  • Adaptable for all levels: we will accommodate to any specific needs or challenges
  • Small classes with 4-6 people to create accountability and provide one-on-one attention
  • Includes initial & follow up nutrition & supplement consultation
  • You will receive a workout log to record your workouts and view your weights/reps over time and we track your progress 

 

Personal Training Package

  • 12 sessions of 1-on-1 Personal Training (must be used within 3 months).
